Rebel Roots sprouted from a Master’s project gone wild.

We were given a challenge:
Design a way to help people adopt more healthy and sustainable habits.

Immediately we thought, how would we even attempt to promote healthy habits when sometimes the only salad we eat is squished between the shredded meat and yoghurt sauce from a late-night kebab?

We’re no experts on biology, history, agriculture or anything of the sort — just a crew of curious fools eager to explore this new world and rewrite the rules of plant-based goodness.
